A Little Something for Everyone

What is open gym?

Enjoy the freedom of choosing your own exercise routine or following one of our workouts of the day, complete with equipment and fun toys to keep your kids (ages 0-4 years) engaged. The studio space is designed for parents/guardians to get a good workout in, while little ones have a safe place to play in your line of sight.  During Open Gym hours, we have a private workout room if you or your little one(s) don't want to be in the open gym area. We love having a supportive and active environment for the whole family!

Open Play sounds fun, tell me more...

During open play, children can explore, imagine, and grow in a safe environment designed with creativity in mind. Our workout equipment is removed from the area and young ones (ages 0-4) can enjoy our indoor play space, free from the weather elements and engage with kids of similar ages for an intimate social experience. We are not a fancy play cafe, but offer a basic play place for little ones. Play is complimentary for our youngest explorers ages 0-6 months. Come experience the joy of movement and play!

A little cardio to keep us sane...

We want you to move better and feel better, no matter your schedule or availability for a sitter. Enjoy a cardio workout on our equipment (treadmill, bike, or rower) while your little one (ages 1 and younger) plays in a secure space nearby. Don't let weather or childcare concerns hinder your fitness journey - take strides forward with us today!

What small group classes are offered ?

All classes are taught by a physical therapist/strength coach with specializations in youth athletics, pelvic health, pregnancy/postpartum, and menopausal transitions. We are able to modify sessions to levels appropriate for most participants. Currently we have 3 classes going, but stay tuned if we add any others.

  • Functional Strength emphasizes building practical strength for daily life. We utilize full-body routines and compound movements to improve your strength, stability, coordination, and balance.

  • Mindful Sweat Sessions blends getting your heart rate up while resistance training the full body. We use intervals and circuits to build muscle, improve endurance, and challenge your metabolic system.

  • Core, Floor, Restore is a class that focuses on connection between our nervous system, core, and pelvic floor. This slower paced class brings attention to how our body and brains are connected, while we move through different patterns and exercises.

For all services, we want the experience to be enjoyable for all who participate. One way we  accomplish this is by putting a capacity on the number of participants per session.  Walk-ins are welcome if we have the space available, but we highly recommend signing up beforehand to reserve your spot(s).
