Everyone begins with a free, “Discovery Call” so we can get introduced to each other.
We will talk about the different services we offer and determine how Stride PT & Wellness may be able to help you.

Physical Therapy
We use a personalized approach to help you address your current challenges and reach your goals. We not only look at the area you are experiencing pain or difficulty with, but how the whole body and life experience may be connected. Together, we work to improve your daily performance and wellness.

Fitness & Performance Training
We believe being active through life is a key to vitality, which is why we offer physical therapy, fitness training, recovery, and wellness services under one roof. We use our training, PT, and nutrition backgrounds to build person-specific programs made for you! Some of training offerings include:

Personalized workout programs on an app for video support and accountability

Recovery Sessions
Learning to manage the stress (physical, mental, emotional) placed on the body can improve your ability to perform, recover, and progress. These sessions are designed to promote muscular and neuromuscular recovery through manual techniques, dry needling, lymphatic work, exercise, and more.
