Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get started?
Everyone starts with a free discovery call. Fill out this link and we will get in touch shortly! You can also review prices and services here.
Do you accept insurance?
We are direct care providers for all insurance companies, meaning we do not maintain a relationship with any insurance companies. Through this model, we are able to promise:

- Direct one-on-one treatments with the same consistent provider
- Access to us when you want or need us, for as long as you want or need us
- You don't have to see a doctor or get insurance approval in order to be seen
- Your healthcare is dictated by you, not by the rules of an insurance company
When you see us, you will pay Stride PT & Wellness directly. Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), credit/debit cards, and cash are all accepted as forms of payment. In addition, payment plans are available for extended care.
A "superbill" can be provided upon request. We will give you the paperwork that contains all the information you will need to submit for reimbursement to your insurance company if you have out-of-network coverage.
Do you accept Medicare?
As a direct care provider, we cannot accept patients who have Medicare as their insurance. However, we do provide wellness services for those with Medicare who would benefit from supervised exercise, preventative fitness, and maintenance.
Can I utilize multiple services at once?
Absolutely! We know health and performance occurs along a spectrum and is an integration of all the wellness domains. Sometimes we need to tend to one area more than another or want to work on several aspects at once. We will work together to create the experience you need between our physical therapy, fitness, and recovery services.
Where are services offered?
We offer services virtually or we will come to you for in-person sessions. When we visit you off-site, we will bring the equipment and materials necessary to complete our visit’s goals. Keep in touch for class and event locations.
