All classes are taught by a physical therapist/strength coach with specializations in youth athletics, pelvic health, pregnancy/postpartum, and menopausal transition. We are able to modify sessions to levels appropriate for most participants. 

 

For all services, we want the experience to be enjoyable for all who participate. One way we accomplish this is by putting a capacity on the number of participants per session. Walk-ins are welcome, but we highly recommend signing up beforehand to reserve your spot(s).

  • Exercise with your little one (6 weeks-mobile) while we perform movements for both you and baby.
